Will I feel anything during or after?
Most people feel lighter and clearer right away; integration can continue for 1–2 days.
How many sessions will I need?
Start with one. Many invest into a Block of 4 Sessions to build momentum and support a deeper transformation in their life.

No. This is complementary energy work and not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
Please continue to follow advice from your GP or therapist.
