"I attended a really wonderful event With Denver Baxter on Saturday morning at Soho Yard in Sheffield. I had not met Denver before but I would highly recommend her very down to earth, open and welcoming style. It allowed the group to share their past experiences and were we are now in a safe setting. The event took place in a room with a kitchen and it felt very comfortable and inviting. She introduced us to exercises related to "The Emotion Code" teachings. Also, we experienced a very life affirming meditation on the nearby balcony. She used that immersive experience to allow us to challenge our current thoughts, feelings and experiences to make an important shift using music and specific spiritual interactions. We also used journaling techniques to write down our thoughts of the experience. Denver has many special qualities as a healer and host.
