I’m Denver - a sensitive soul, a lover, a mother, a smiling face in a crowd & someone who feels deeply.
Becoming an Emotional Wellness Facilitator, Emotion Code & Body Code Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner unlocked a part of myself that felt unbelievably familiar yet extremely unnerving, all at the same time.
I'm the heart & head behind Your Smile Healer in Sheffield.
I guide you in releasing what feels heavy through 1:1 sessions, Intuitive Reiki, and group workshops, both in Sheffield and online.
My approach is gentle, practical, and designed for real-life transformation - without pressure, judgement, or needing to unpack your entire life story.
My Story
Before motherhood, I lived a life many would call “busy” - navigating a heavy, masculine corporate world as an ambitious workaholic.
I pushed, achieved, and kept moving, often at the expense of my own emotional balance and wellbeing.
Then life shifted. Motherhood brought immense love, but also grief, overwhelm, and the weight of old patterns I could no longer ignore. Loss and personal challenges forced me to pause and reflect, showing me that the way I had lived before wasn’t sustainable.

Through that process, I reconnected with the spiritual, open-minded part of myself that had been dormant - the version of me that seeks balance, self-awareness, and harmony between feminine and masculine energies. I learned how to navigate duality: being a present, mindful, nurturing mother while honoring my own health, creativity, and personal boundaries.
This journey led me to energy work, and eventually to the frameworks I now use with clients every day: The Emotion Code, The Body Code, and Intuitive Reiki. They helped me release emotional baggage, clear mental fog, and find steadiness in the chaos of life.
From there, I created Your Smile Healer: a calm, safe, non-judgemental space where people can experience meaningful shifts - gently, at their own pace, without needing to explain everything they’ve been carrying.

Today, I work with private clients, small businesses, and teams who want to move from “I feel stuck” to “I feel steady,” in ways that honour their time, privacy, and nervous system.
